The long and difficult lockdown caused by Covid-19 pandemic has raised this questions in minds of young software engineers.
A lot of software engineers who completed their engineering in 2019 faced the maximum challenge. They were selected by IT companies through campus interviews but did not get the offer letters to join in 2020.
In April 2020 most companies had frozen their hiring and onboarding process for the freshers.
This caused a lot of anxiety and worry in the minds of these young and enthusiastic engineers who wanted to start in a job as soon as possible. They were waiting for the day when they have their degrees in hand and they could join these companies.
But the pandemic drew water over their plans.
